I went in for a few questions in regards to my aunt’s funeral flower arrangements. The owner was beyond rude. So stuck up did not want us touching anything at all, never looked at us when we spoke to her. We went in for their business not a handout.

They are thieves! My husband spent $ 100 on a Mother’s Day arrangement and what showed up looked like it was from 1985. A carnation, like 3 roses… it was the ugliest, cheapest, thing they could throw together. I guess they don’t think the people that pay for them will see what shows up. They have prettier arrangements at Safeway. They were just random flowers thrown in a vase! I called livid and told me they don’t give refunds. They did say they would go take my mothers flowers back and give her different ones… take the others back? That’s not slightly embarrassing. Terrible florist do not order from there ever!!!

My Mom wasn’t feeling well and wanted to get me an Easter gift. You can tell that they really listened to her and everything was perfection. Gorgeous flowers, a gift bag with my favorite Reeses in it among other goodies and they even picked a card that my Mom would’ve picked out herself. Not too formal or overly mushy.
