Really pleasant staff, no hard sales for random hearing aid accessories, and the cheapest prices I’ve seen for services and parts. I thought I’d have to replace my aids recently, since my former audiologist told me I’d need to get new ones every five years. However, Auditory Services told me that with an extremely cheap adjustment, I could probably get another 5 years out of my current pair – a LOT of money saved on my part, and essentially a lost sale for them(for now). I really feel like they are working in my best interests, and not just to make money.

This is an outstanding audiology practice. I have been a «customer» for 8 years, after initial referral by my ENT medical staff and local reviews. Over the years, they have fitted me with two sets of hearing aid instruments – one set in the ear, and eventually one set behind the ear. They did not try to push me to buy unnecessarily expensive solutions. In addition to a good«fitting» experience initially, Auditory Services has provided ongoing support: periodic adjustments to the programming of the digital hearing aids, a return to the factory fixing one of the Widex aids, and replacement of the tubing on the Phonak behind the ears set. They charge very modest fees(sometimes nothing!) for ongoing maintenance. They really care and provide top professional services.
