Bath & Body Works

Ok so it’s pretty easy to rate bath and bodyWorks five star at this location. The ladies greet you at the front entrance, the store smells nice and I had a coupon.
This location was organized, the girls were all customer oriented and the lines were short as well.
I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends as well.
Total experience was awesome and professional. One of the better Bath & Body Works.

This Bath and Body Works is in the Westfield Wheaton Mall. My friend and I went shopping here before the Christmas and I picked up a few things, but was really pretty shopped out at that point. One thing I did pick up was hand soap in a seasonal scent. My friend loved the scent, so after the holidays we went back to check out the sales and see if there was still any seasonal items left in stock. We weren’t very optimistic about what we would find as my friend had been to a different store and it was pretty low on stock. We were happily surprised to find the Wheaton store still had lots of fun merchandise available. There was a very helpful but not pushy staff person working the floor. After finding everything we wanted (I won’t say everything we needed, just wanted) we proceeded to check-​out. The cashier kept the line moving which was good, but I was even more impressed with her knowledge. When I mentioned I couldn’t find a complete set in one scent, but filled in with a scent I thought would complement it she described the differences like she was describing fine wines. One is a little sweeter with a hint of peach and the other has a deeper vanilla scent. Wow! She also double bagged my items so that I wouldn’t end up splatting vanilla scented hand soap throughout the floor of the mall. The shop itself is a pretty standard Bath and Body Works, but this location gets an extra star for their staff and for having a nice supply of seasonal stock on sale after the season.
