I spent over 60 minutes in processing when there was not a single other person in the waiting room. This was just being processed, not waiting for the doctor, not seen, PROCESSED. I had to contact my insurance myself. In addition, when I was finally seen, the PA only sent one of the three prescriptions that she said I needed to the pharmacy. I then called to question why the medication was not sent. I was told that the medication was changed because I «seemed concerned». The«concern» the PA referenced was that I had asked about potential interactions between the medications. As an informed patient, I found it incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional to change my medication without my consent, more so, without even informing me. This was a miserable experience. I have never been treated so poorly at a medical facility; and I have traveled all over the world. Now, I am still just as sick as when I sought care, more tired, more frustrated, and without necessary medication.

Everyone was really nice. From the time I checked in to the time I walked out the door, I was treated very nicely. The doctor was nice. Asked very general questions and was quick to diagnose. As for the place, it was very clean and sterile. From the way it looks on the outside, it looks a little dated, but it was a pleasant surprise to see a nice interior.

Today was my first visit to any urgent care center. I must say, it was quite an experience! From the friendly front desk receptionist to the nurse and then to the outstanding doctor! This was a double visit for myself and my youngest daughter. The doctor answered all questions I had, and not once did I feel rushed. This will definitely be a place I visit when I cannot get an appointment to see my primary care physician.
