II was assigned to this place by an insurance company. I found the front desk person to be quite unhelpful. I called back to speak with a manager and was put on hold then disconnected. I will never try to do business with them again. There are too many other body shops with more professional and accommodating staff. I wish I had the experience others sem to have had based on their Unilocal reviews.

Everyone working here is friendly and professional. The repair work is honest and top notch. They go above and beyond. They stay in close touch with you every day to keep you updated on your car’s progress. Dealing with this company was a great experience.

Love the repair work done as well as their customer service. Fast processing and great communication through phone calls and/​or text messages. Dropped off and picked up my car in just two days! I’ve had the best experience with what could possibly turn out to be a nightmare! I would highly recommend this place!
