Last minute arrangement for mothers day. They were absolutely gorgeous! Mom loves them!

It’s more like 3.75 stars. The place itself looks like it got caught in the 90s and stayed that way. A young girl was at the counter and a boy was dipping plants into a bucket of water. I’m guessing it’s family owned. The girl asked what kind of flowers and my price range. That way they would fill my order up to my price ĺ if that makes sense). It took less than 10 minutes to make my order and the flowers looked very fresh. I believe most of their business is from major online flower companies and not actual customers. The place wasn’t very inviting but the service was quick and painless.

My boyfriend called this morning to send me flowers, and a beautiful arrangement arrived at my office this afternoon. The lavender roses were unusual and pretty, paired with lush greenery.
The delivery person was nice and pleasant (even though I’m sure it wasn’t easy to find me — my workplace is in a very hard-​to-​find spot, and he had to ask a bunch of people for help because my office is buried way back in the building).
I was very satisfied.

I ordered an arrangement online for the funeral service of my best friend’s 5 week old daughter. The arrangement arrived in plenty of time and was even more beautiful than pictured. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again!

Awful service, just stay away. The flowers I ordered for my wife arrived after 5:30pm when she had already left the office. Do yourself a favor and use a different florist.

Exact same thing happened to me.
Don’t ever order from here. My long-​distance boyfriend ordered me flowers for delivery yesterday and they never arrived. When he called last night, he was told they were on their way because they were very busy, and that someone would call him back to confirm delivery. They didn’t arrive, no one called him back. When I finally called at 10 last night, wondering whether I could go to sleep, what sounded like a teenaged girl answered and said that she would simply send a message along to the florist and they would call me today. So the two numbers on their websites are apparently not actually their phone numbers? She was pretending she knew nothing? I don’t know.
In any event, I called again this morning and the phone rings for several rings, then someone picks it up and hangs up. Now they’ve turned on the answering machine saying they are too busy to answer the phone and to call back. There is no way to leave a message, no email address listed on the website.
Now my boyfriend is going through Visa to reverse the charge, since he can’t get hold of anyone at the florist’s.
I have complained to the Better Business Bureau.
