I have known Alex for many years I feel he is one of the greatest contractors out there, he has done many jobs for me consisting of adding an addition on to my home, laid floors, installed windows, and many many other things, Alex is very honest, trustworthy, reliable, and dependable… if he tells you he will be there at a certain time you can count on Alex. I have left Alex in my home unsupervised many times, after returning their was not one problem and everything was still intact.(nothing missing or nothing broken, Alex takes full responsibly) There is no job two great or too small, my motto is «ALEX IS THE MAN» You will never regreat the money spend on your investment.

Alex and his team always do an exceptional job. We have worked with several contractors and Alex is by far the best. He is very patient, talented and gets the job done every time. He is keen on the details and can execute any of your design ideas. I highly recommend Alex!

Alex is an incredibly talented contracting visionary. I met him after contracting with him on a couple of small jobs outside my home on Capitol Hill. I was immediately impressed by the level of craftsmanship he brings to his work. His attention to detail and design is what separates him from other contractors. He is impeccably honest and professional and brings a pride in his work that I have never seen in DC. On top of all this his prices are fair and transparent. He keeps his word even when it costs him money.
After him building my trust and confidence I used Alex to do a full re model of my kitchen and the results have been nothing short of transformational. His work is stunning and I now will not use anyone but him. I don’t want to let others know about my favorite contractor because I don t want to share him but he deserves to have his reputation spread… he is amazing.

We were looking for a handyman to fix the wood on the columns on our front porch. We struck gold!!! Alexander Constanza is the best!!! First, when we emailed him, he contacted us within minutes. Next, he came out and looked at the issue and told us exactly what needed to be done. Finally, he showed up right on time and did a fantastic job! He is neat and organized and gets the job done right. We are going to be seeing lots more of Alexander! What a find!!!
