CVS Pharmacy

This is the worst CVS location I’ve ever shopped at. They never have my medication ready, they offer poor customer service, and they usually have one cashier working,

So, this is my go-​to pharmacy because my prescription plan is through Caremark, which basically means I can only use CVS.
This particular CVS in on the way home from my Dr.‘s office so it’s a no brainer why I get my drugs here.
To that extent, I have never had a problem at the pharmacy counter. Sometimes there’s a wait, but I have never had rude service. Mind you, my scrips have been for prepackaged stuff like the Z pack or inhalers. Kudos to the team behind the counter.
I also like the other staff as well. I needed to return something, and I did it in a breeze. No questions asked. There is always someone to help you, and if the line gets too long, they’ll open another register. Javier, in particular is my favorite helpful employee. (He wasn’t here today — sad face.)
This CVS is so better organized than the one in the Shops at Blair. Parking is never a problem either.

I waited there for two hours! I’m not kidding. Staff was not nice at all.

Avoid using this pharmacy if possible. Staff is often rude, ill-​informed, and not the least bit helpful. Often, they seem to look as if they would rather be someplace else and are not willing to go the extra mile to provide friendly, quality customer service.
The main store is ok, but I would recommend finding another store to service your medication needs.
