Eye Image

As soon as I walked in on Saturday, a nice young woman came to help me pick out a pair of frames. She even showed me ones not yet on display and did not pressure me to buy anything. I did end up buying a pair and she changed the nose pads on my current glasses.
I went to pick up my glasses on Monday night and a nice Optician, Boris Aguirre, really took the time to make sure my new glasses and the ones I brought with me fit. He could tell where the pressure was, if the nose pads needed to be adjusted and made the proper adjustments to the frame. He even adjusted my Fysh eyeglasses that I bought from another optical shop, which could not adjust them properly, even after 5 – 6 visits. Both eyeglasses now fit well and I no longer have headaches from the Fysh glasses.
This place has a great selection and amazing prices. The selection is especially good if you need glasses with nose pad like I do. I have a flat nose and glasses always slide down. I highly recommend this place.

After having such a bad experience at MyEyeDr last year, I decided to find a new optometrist this year. Eye Image was close to where I live, so I thought I’d give it a try.
The staff was friendly/​warm and after I filled out my new patient paperwork, I was taken to the back right away to start my eye tests. Shortly after, Dr. Crystal Lee did my eye exam. I loved how she took the time to answer all my questions and didn’t try to rush me out so she could get to the next patient. She did a thorough exam and I was quite pleased with the trial pair that I ended up with (although it did take forever and a day to get them, not sure why, but it seemed to be out of their control since they just order them).
Eye Image has a huge selection of eyeglasses to choose from, although I only found a couple that I truly liked. Her assistant offered to find me more glasses similar to the ones I picked, which was nice.
Great place to get your eye exam and buy your glasses… I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Lee.
