They have such good customer service. We just had an issue where the data was still on the pre-owned game we bought. My son was upset and I called them for help. They helped us solve the problem.

Wonderful customer service and very knowledgable about the products they are selling.
Drew and his younger counterpart provided great customer service. They helped me to pick a console when I was unsure of which one I wanted.
The used console that’ve bought had some connectivity issues once I set it up. I returned the console the same day and they swapped it out no questions asked and made sure the new console connected to the internet

What can I say… a video game store with lots and lots of games and friendly faces. I came in here to pick up COD MW3 when it released and even though there was a line out the door at 7pm, the wait wasn’t bad at all. It was nice chatting with my fellow gamers and the staff was friendly as well.
If you want a place with staff that has gaming knowledge and that love to game themselves, then this Gamestop is the place to go.
