I trained with Hill’s Hitters back in the early 1980’s. Phill & Ronnie Hill are incredible instructors and role models. I have currently owned and operated my own studio for over 23 years. The Hills — as people and instructors — were a big influence on me.

Our children have been taking karate with Phil Hill since 1998 or 1999… and today our 17 year old got his black belt! Hill’s Hitters is amazingly good… Phil has an excellent rapport with his students of ALL ages, including adults. His co-​instructors such as Anson are also excellent. We highly recommend them! Saturday classes and karate summer camps can be taken through the Silver Spring YMCA, or you can take the karate classes independently (eg, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights) at local schools.
