This florist apparently contracts with 800. flowers as an arranger and delivery agent, but if you are unlucky enough to get your order assigned to them, you may as well just give up and try to get a refund. The bouquet that I arranged to be delivered to my wife’s workplace never arrived. The florist, rather than calling me to try and explain that they’d screwed around all day and wouldn’t be able to get downtown before the 5:00p deadline(for business deliveries), calls my wife… who didn’t even know that the bouquet was coming in the first place. Thus the surprise was spoiled, and the florist promises to deliver the next day before noon. Well…guess what? Didn’t happen. Noon rolls around and still no bouquet. Furious, I call 800. flowers and cancel the order – thinking that I’ll contact a downtown florist. Good thing I didn’t, these bozos evidently ignored 800. flowers instructions and delivered the flowers 24 hours late at 4:30p on a Friday, forcing my wife to bring the bouquet home on Metro to keep the flowers from dying over the weekend. Image 1 should simply shut down. They’re amateurs.

If there were a «0» star rating, that’s what I would give this outfit. They promised to deliver flowers to a funeral service, but then never sent me the receipt… and it turns out, they never sent the flowers. Every time I called to get the receipt I got a different story, and was told that the flowers were delivered at 11AM on the appointed day although the service was at 10AM. I finally called the funeral home — they never got the flowers. Image 1 and Iman should not be in business for another day — this is a dishonest company.

As a Funeral Director, I believe customer service is first and foremost. I received 2 pieces from this business for a funeral and they were delivered 45 minutes after service started. I have never heard of this company. What really appalled me, was the lady who delivered decided to grab a stack of my funeral placards off the table and a funeral program that were suppose to be for my 500+funeral attendees. She refused to acknowledge she had taken them when myself and the Deacon of the church witnessed it. Your job is to get a signature and keep it moving. This is unprofessional. I won’t be sending any business your way.
