I was hoping to sell my home in Reston and buy a condo in DC late summer of 2009. I had a pretty short window of opportunity and a lot of pieces needed to fall into place pretty quickly. Koki and Meghan made sure that things went smoothly on the buying side.
Specifically, they were very efficient in understanding what I was looking for, and quickly presented listings that matched my requirements and preferences. Koki collaborated with the agent I was using to sell my home in Reston, so both could be kept very up to date regarding the progress and timing of both sides. When it came time to make an offer, Koki was thorough in his research and straightforward in his feedback. We very quickly came to an agreement, and nearly two years later, I could not be happier to be where I am in downtown DC, thanks to Koki.
