How can people be so mean, rude and incompetent at the same time?
The company must really be horrible to their employees for them to treat customers dealing with medical issues so unconscionably. I bet Labcorp employees themselves make sure to go elsewhere when they need testing done.

I decided to change my previous review for a few reasons. First, never go early in the morning (they’ll be jammed with all the folks who don’t wanna fast longer than they have to for their blood work.) Second, make an appointment online. Third, try to shoot for later in the afternoon before they close. I came late on a Friday and was out in 15 minutes. As long as you follow these criteria you should be okay.

Awful. It’s a zoo. I went to do a glucose test. They gave me the drink, said drink this within 5 minutes, and tell us when you are done, so we can write down the time for the bloodwork. They wrote down the time. I waited and waited. I was literally sitting in the first seat in front of the window, thinking — they are looking right at me all this time, they couldn’t have just forgotten about me. Everyone that went up to the window to check when they would be called was told to sit down and wait. I finally went up to check, and she said ‘Oh is it time for your blood work?’ I said it’s been an hour since the time. They told me it was too late, I would have to come back and do it again. For some reason it was my job to let them know when I should go in the back and get blood drawn, even though they wrote down the right time, and didn’t tell me to come back and let them know. I wasted hours of sick time from work, for absolutely no reason.

This Labcorp is the worst. I wouldnt give it negative stars if possible. I get my blood work done every month (for medications that I take) and this place never fails to be the absolute worst. Not only is the waiting area always cramped but the people who work here are rude and making the experience inside and out an absolute nightmare. «Ratchet» seems to be an appropriate word to describe the people who work here. They talk about patients to one another right in front of you, roll their eyes and everything else you can think of. The women who drew my blood was quick and sufficient, but again, with attitude. Not sure who’s in charge of training or hiring here. But I really wish this wasn’t the most convenient labcorp near me. Seriously, patients obviously are coming with there own personal problems already. We don’t need to deal with whatever your bringing to work with you. Terribly unprofessional. From now on I will make the extra trip out to another location.

This place doesn’t even deserve the one star. They do not save your information the first time you come. You have to pay the exact amount that is due. I’m talking about they do not have any change available, if you pay in cash. They need better staff here, these people seem like they don’t want to work.

Do not go here, I went in healthy, but left with flu-​like symptoms from the cramped waiting room with more people in there than the fire chief would allow.
