I’ve been taking my convertible to LG for paint repair and custom add-​ons since shortly after I bought it in 2012. The color on my car is a metallic and not easy to match, but Luis and his crew always get it right. They give accurate estimates, deliver on-​time and are very careful of every detail.

LG Auto Body did a great job with our car’s repairs. Luis was from the start, knowledgeable and clear about what the work would include and the costs of different elements. They finished with work in the time estimated, and, this was the real kicker… they cleaned the car, inside and out, filled a low tire, and fixed our electronic key which had been on the fritz. What outstanding customer service!

I shopped around quite a bit after my rear passenger door got in a fight with a cement pole in a parking garage. It looked pretty terrible and there was damage on both the outside and inside edge of the door. I took it to 3 places and they all said it needed a new skin, paint, blending of the paint on the front door and back panel and all gave me quotes in the $ 900 — $ 1200 range. The last place I stopped was LG and Luis looked at my door and said the whole door needed to be replaced. He told me other shops wanted to do the skin because they can tack on more billable hours than a simple replacement (which is true– all their quotes were for 8 or 9 hours) AND that according to Nissan, repairing the large dents compromises the safety of the door and that it should be replaced. His quote was the highest (but because of parts not labor) but I trusted him. It was done on time and it looks like new. Luis looks young, but he is one of the post professional auto guys I’ve ever encountered. You can tell that he cares about what he does and he wants to do quality work. I’ll definitely come back here if I ever need auto body work again.

They did a great job! I had Multiple places that needed repari. Prices were good, and they were wonderfully cooperative in meeting my time needs. They seem very invested in doing a good job and making sure that the customer is satisfied. Much better than the previous body shop in Bethesda that my insurance company uses who did not completely attach the front bumper they worked on. I appreciate that LG also follows up to make sure that I was satisfied with the job.

My Mazda5 had a crushed right rear bumper because I slammed it into our driveway’s stone border while distracted (kids!!!). Anyway the insurance was not going to cover it and I explained that to Luis at LG. No problem — he gave me the «cheap» option and the «expensive» option and both were very reasonable. Went with the higher option and left with a pristine car and a smile on my face. Also 2 years ago I had to replace the bumper on someone else’s dime who ran into my parked car and LG had the lowest estimate of out 3 auto body repair shops in the immediate Silver Spring area. Consistently good quality at very reasonable rates and everyone I have dealt with is professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

These guys are amazing. I have a new model BMW x5 which was devilishly hard to get parts for. Luis, the owner, was awesome in dealing w my insurance and the BMW dealer to get parts. They are über honest and hella nice. Highly recommend them.
