One star too many. I manage multiple single units in this community and every time it’s an issue they are rude and don’t want to take any action to help remedy the situation. Sad!

My HOA uses this company. The owner and staff are horrible, disrespectful and abusive. I recently called to get my balance and correct address for payment. The man who answered the phone said he was the owner. He started yelling at me, purposely called me out of my name and then hung up on me. I called back and let him know that he was being an ass. he hung up, then called me back and told me he was going to call my job to get me fired. This is a repeat of what happened a few years ago. this happens every time i ask for an accounting of my payment history. I need to find another way to pay my fees. this is a low class establishment.
