I have used this service many times and have never had the problem the other reviewer described. In fact, they have been extremely flexible with my changing the frequency of cleanings, last minute schedulings, etc. I am happy with the cleaning. They have the policy that they will send someone within 24 hrs if something was not done well, which is great. Obviously, it’s a good idea to do a walk through before the women leave, because there will be missed spots now and again. I like the service, the management team members I have dealt with, and their prices are very reasonable. I recommend them.

I moved recently and I tried to find a service for cleaning my house. I called this firm and spoke with the owner whose name I believe is Verinica. She told me some vaque quotes for their service and said she would call me back to schedule a possible cleaning time. I never heard back. I called a second time and spoek to her emplyee. They said they could come the next day and I was foolish to give them my credit card. I told her to call me back to confirm and what their price would be. She never called back. I called at the end of the day and owner was not willing to commit to a price and said she would have to cut the total cleaing time to reduce the price. I told her to forgot it and she said she would charge my credit card a $ 25 cancelation fee. I called my credit card that day and told them to block the charge. A few days later she posted the charge which I disputed. This is fraud. Do not waste your time with this company.
