I’m going to keep this one extra short and sweet. Pros: Open late night, lots of seating Cons: Lazy, rude, incompetent staff

It was good customer service, but I should’ve checked my bag before leaving. They left out one of my sandwiches. Nice employees though.

When I eat McDonald’s, this is the closest one to home. No longer will I be giving this place service though. I ordered a sausage biscuit and added an egg white, egg white delight and substituted the drink(I’m assuming coffee) with orange juice and there is an additional $ 1.29 charge. I’m fine with the charge but the drink isn’t even filled to the rim. If you are going to charge me an extra $ 1.29 you better fill it to the top. Also, service is really poor. After my order, the lady that rung me up started to talk about me in Spanish. Even with my limited Spanish, I can understand«ella esta…» That’s just so rude to talk about a paying customer like that right in front of them. Thanks for all the service McDonald’s but you have lost one paying customer at this location.

No shakes… long drive through. Dirty floors and the register lady picked at her wig constantly! Save yourself and don’t go unless you are very healthy and starved to dead.

I don’t eat McDonald’s but my sister asked me to pick her something up. 1st — no drive through. 2nd — I suppose because they don’t have a drive through, they never received training in efficiency or speed. This was the slowest«fast food» I have ever seen 12 minutes to receive two burgers and fries? And someone who ordered after me got good first. She didn’t finish the food because, hey it was mcdonalds but the service was horrendous!

There is a certain crew that is exceptional that consist of all women, but if the men are working, come back a different day. This crew are going to mess up your order and prepare for a tummy ache.

The inside of the restaurant is kept clean. At least one good thing about White Oak. The restaurant, like others said, can get very busy — so expect to wait in line for a few minutes. They could use a drive-thru lane, even though I understand that their section of the shopping center may not allow for that. Parking is pretty easy; easy to get in and out of New Hampshire Ave, plus there’s an Office Depot right by there when you’re done in case you need office supplies. The lighting at night isn’t bad, though it would help to have more lights close to the K6 /Ride On 10 /C8 Metro Bus stop. It’s already wel-lit, but wouldn’t hurt to fill in a couple dark spots. You want your customers to feel safe, right? The televisions playing sports and local news makes for a nice touch as well.

Always bad slow service. Once I saw a cucaracha there and since them I avoid getting close to it.

There is a McDonalds on every corner now a days… I have 3 that are all about 5 –7 minutes from my house. I go to this one because the food is fresh, the service is efficient and I always have the correct order in my bag when they give it to me in the drive-thru. The only mistake they have every made was giving me the wrong happy meal toy(the barbie instead of the car for my son), which they gladly exchanged for me on my next visit when I requested. The traffic pattern is a pain if you need to pull out and go east on Randolph too… but everything else trumps that!

When i feel munching something or hungry but have only $ 1 and a few cents, I know where I can get happy-meal. McDonald’s. From cheeseburger to yogurt parfeit, I can get each for just a dollar +tax. What’s not to like. Especially now I can get hot McFish-sandwich for $ 1! My favorite. McDonald’s Soft buns. For $ 5, I can get 5-course meal: garden salad, fish-sandwich, small fries, yogurt parfeit and hot-fudge sundae=My kind of happy-meal. –Location: Big +1 point=Next to my work… Yes, I’m lovin’ it!

A McDonald’s without a drive thru window??? What’s the sense of it then? If someone had told me there was such a thing I probably would have thought they were joking. I drove up to this McDonalds and cruised through the parking lot for a few moments thinking I must have lot my mind when I couldn’t find the drive-thru lane. A sign that there is no drive-thru would probably be helpful.

This restaurant does NOT have a drive-thru window, but instead is open 24 hours. Late in the evening, and over night, the side door(facing the parking lot) is locked, so you will have to enter on the front of the building. Keep that in mind if you are wary of parking lots late at night and park close to the street instead of the rear of the building. However, the lot is large and well lit. Otherwise, this is a typical McDonald’s. It can be very busy during peak hours, but service is often better at those times, when there is a larger crew working and managers are often present.
