Mil Multi-Services

I’ve been using MIL for a little over a year now and decided it was good time to leave a review as I feel I have a good picture of Ms. Maria and her business. Ms. Maria is the owner/​face of MIL and her adult daughters Glenda and Sharia manage the customers. The are very thorough and kind. I’ve only had one issue that I had to bring up, but their professionalism is stellar so it wasn’t a huge deal. They mean business when they enter my home… I quickly get out of their way and let them do their thing. I’ve never had any complaints – as I was kind of hoping I wouldn’t. They came highly recommended by my aunt (they’ve been cleaning her house for close to 8years.) They have watched her children grow and are like family to her. They never increased her cost – so she’s still paying the same price from 8 years ago (loyal customer) – winning! I have a small dog and they don’t mind that he’s in there way while cleaning – sorry ladies! I didn’t check around for price comparisions as I was more concerned about there liability and trustworthiness than price. So I never checked around to see what other companies offer.

We chose MIL Multi-​Services, Inc. to perform a thorough house cleaning before our wedding when we were anticipating lots of visitors and house guests. I was initially reluctant to spend the $$- their estimate was higher than some other options we found, but I followed a neighbor’s referral and we are SO glad we did. They are consummate professionals and VERY detailed and responsive — our house was gleaming and this is saying something for a multi-​level house with many animals and two working adults that probably doesn’t get the cleaning attention it needs on a regular basis. In the course of the cleaning something in an older shower was broken– ok, this happens, but I expected to deal with a bit of a hassle trying to get a resolution — no such problem here, while I was at work they communicated constantly, and had the fixture replaced completely trouble-​free on my end– in fact I feel that we ended up with an upgrade. Very professional and trust-​worthy.

This company was recommended by a friend but they did not do a good job. They’re always late and the cleaning is inconsistent. They damaged my property and refused to admit fault. They do not have insurance.
