Very hard to get this scheduled and started. They have no real process to respond to customers effectively.
I used them on a spring clean up and there were some fits and starts, and I should have used my better judgment on the tree house project.
Overall issues — the owner was always trying to up-​sell services, to find ways to drive the price up. Dont trust him.
This will be the last time I use them for anything.
Poor customer service, poor communication from the owner.

Joe Gibbs was a no show for three scheduled appointments. I called the office, Sylvia answered the phone and stated «Joe what do you want me to tell this fuc — - bit – ? I was shocked. Last year a young man named Johnathon serviced my yards beautifully. These owners are grossly unprofessional. The truth is they do not have the staff to service their needs. May be why BBB gives the a F rating.

We are very, very pleased with Mulberry Bush. We hired them to renovate our utter disaster of a back yard, including installing an extensive patio. The work they have done is outstanding, and our back yard now makes us proud to invite people over for a barbeque. The people at Mulberry Bush will talk through ideas with you, helping you envision the possibilities. They also went above and beyond for us. We were on vacation during of the work. During that time, our city arborist posted a «stop work notice», due to the digging possibly damaging tree roots. Mulberry Bush met with the arborist and cleared up the problem without disturbing our vacation or unduly delaying the project. My only real issue is that the renovation has taken longer than anticipated.

Joe Gibbs of Mulberry Bush rescued us by helping get our yard ready for an open house on very short notice. Not only did they get the work done on time but it looked great. His crew put down sod, cleaned up, weeded, pruned, and put down mulch. One of the realtors afterwards said the yard looked fabulous.

Mulberry Busch delivered on what was promised. Had them do the spring clean-​up and mulch, very professional completed work in a timely manner. They offered free consultations of our landscaping and recommended small changes that have big impacts (while keeping pricing within budget). Talk to Joe or Sylvia
