We bought 8 faux wood window blinds, 2 faux wood door blinds and one honeycomb blind. Our experiences was positive. We got a good price and the salesman was friendly. I could have done with a lot less chit chat from the salesman but I understand that’s part of their job. The installation team came on time and were very quick. They only hitch was that the initial installer’s wife was going into labor so he had to drop off the material for someone else to come and do the job ater that day. Totally understandable. The first installer left one blind in the van so they had to come back a few days later to finish up but again, it was totally fine with us and they were super quick and efficient.

I bought 18 miniblinds from this store in 2005. The entire experience was excellent. The store staff and installer were professional and prompt, and courteous. After 8 years, one tiny plastic piece that connects a control rod to one of the blinds cracked. I went back to the store, and in 3 minutes, was cheerfully given several exact replacements, at no charge. Many other companies would capitalize on replacements, but these people are really exceptional in treating customers right.
