The truth is I was hoping it would be good. Its connected or apart of fajitas sub factory which had rave reviews. I looked for any mention of their pasta, but there was none.
I was craving pasta and it says it was homemade pasta dough. Well that intrigued me. But when I took a bite it has a soggy pizza dough taste. Its Tastey… sort of. It’s ok while eating, but the after taste kills it alil soggy and the eggplant has no flavor. Just has an after taste of cheese and pizza sauce. Only been here once and will be given them a try again. Next time just a straight forward Alfredo. Can’t recommend or deter away yet, But stay tuned for an update.
