Pediatric Associates Montgomery County PA

I have used Pediatric Associates Montgomery County for 20 years.
And yes I would have moved on years ago. For the most part what kept
me going there was that over all the Doctors were a good group of Doctors.
Some I liked better than others…
Its a very large practice.
Alot of the Doctors have changed. I liked Dr. Sussman and Dr. Von Conrad
who passed away in 2011. he was awesome.
The front desk staff is rude, unfriendly, carries this resistance as though they
want to work against you not with you. Like anything you need is a bother for
them. They would love to find a reason
to not help you or tell you to go away…
The front desk staff was always a turn off there for all those years.
There was literally one nurse there that was very nice

I chose this practice for my son, because of the affiliation with Holy Cross Hospital and the convenience to where we live. It was the wrong decision. To begin with the front desk staff is the worst! The lack any decent customer service skills and are extremely rude. On our countless visits we never once where we greeted by the front desk staff. They were either too busy carrying on personal conversations or playing with their phones to even look up. When they did call your name it was always with an attitude. That should have been my first red flag. The nursing staff and a few of the doctors were pleasant enough. But they never treated our family like one who’d been patients for years. My son was fond of the one of the female Nursing Practitioners, I don’t recall her name. She was always great when we saw her. I would not recommend this practice. We are currently in the process of finding a practice who values its patients as well as customer service.
