This was the only place I could find that could repair the power supply in my mixer. They are very friendly, and stand by their work. Totally worth hauling my mixer in from West Virginia.

I brought my wireless mic in for repairs after dropping the transmitter on the floor and busting it. They charge $ 50 to diagnose the problem and then apply that to any repair needed. Even though they quoted me a wait time of 7 – 10 days, my mic was ready in only 2 days (awesome!). While I hope not to have to use them again, I know where to go now when I need audio equipment repair.

This is THE ONLY place to go for amp repairs in the DMV. EXTREMELY professional service & the «rush» service is MINDBLOWING. I am a semi pro musician. I have used Protech twice in a 1 year period. I use to use solid state amps (JC-120). All my tube amp friends needed repairs. I sent them to Protech. Now that I am a tube amp user, Protech is THE ONLY place I get it serviced. They do STELLAR work at Protech.
My only gripe: they need a location in NOVA. I live in Arlington, VA. When I need repairs I have to drive 45 minutes away. It’s worth it, it’s just a long drive. These guys need a location in Northern Virginia… yesterday.
