Up until yesterday, I would have given this place a higher rating. I have been here for parent night out, open bounces and birthday parties. Yesterday I tried to use the remaining 2 passes of a 5 pass punch card that was expired, but already paid for. I explained that I couldn’t come when it expired because I recently had a baby and wasn’t allowed to drive because of my c section. Also, before it expired an employee told me it wouldn’t matter and I could still use the passes because of the baby. However, since I didn’t have the name of who I spoke to, she would not let me use the full amount of the passes but offered to give me half price. We had arrived mid way through the open bounce because of traffic, so I explained this was not really a good offer since we were already getting half the bounce time. I was really disappointed they wouldn’t take into account a medical reason for a loyal customer and I don’t understand why passes even expire if you already paid for them. I wrote to them l about my experience and my concerns and they didn’t even respond. Next time I will probably go to their competitor Bounce U who does take expired passes and has much better customer service. This was a missed opportunity to cut a loyal customer a break who would probably be coming back in the future with their new child.

I have a 2 year old, and when I read that Pump It Up has open jumps catering to Pre-K(ages 2 – 5), I thought it sounded perfect. However… What they don’t tell you is that children of all ages can still attend(or at least they did at this location). So when we went this past weekend, there were mostly older siblings(and one family that had no kids in the Pre-K ages). As I thought it would be a safer and more comfortable environment for a smaller child, it wasn’t. She was nervous to get on a few things because of large and rambunctious older kids, one of whom(who looked to be about 12) climbed over top of her as she was trying to get up the stairs to go down the slide. Needless to say, she came back down and was afraid to try again. It isn’t cool to advertise something for one age group and then allow the older kids, especially when there are so many other open jump times for other age groups. I don’t feel comfortable returning with my toddler.

I was quite impressed with the smooth operation. The staff was sweet too. There is a safety video that the kids have to watch before starting. There is a disinfectant dispenser. It was excellent value at the time that we went, late on Sunday, with two 45-minute sessions for under ten dollars. The only thing I would have changed is to lower the temperature a bit because jumping with the kids works up a sweat.

Don’t have your kid’s party here. Overpriced birthday parties. They also don’t deliver on everything they say they will when they are trying to get you to sign-up to have your kid’s party here. If you expect everything they promise, you will be disappointed! They take really crappy pictures, so make sure you take your own. The pizza is not hot or tasty. They have the nerve to hit you up for tips as you are leaving. It’s laughable. You barely did anything and charged up and arm + leg and then you want me to give you more money. Worst still, they DONOT manage the kids when they are sliding down and I’ve been to numerous parities here. It’s always the same. Kids are alway colliding because one will slide down before the other has moved out of the way. The party hosts are supposed to monitor the slides– they don’t and they don’t care, because YOU signed a waiver. I follow my kid around and make sure nothing happens that will land her in the ER. Not a safe place for kids to play unless you are on top of them the entire time. We are going to have a Little Gym party next year.

It is as advertised. A room full of pumped up jumpy things for the kids, and small child like adults. They split the event up into three portions. First room has 3 big inflatable stations. Second room has the same. Third room is where you eat, have cake, sing happy birthday and depart from. Definitely fun for the kids, though if it were me id give them the cake first and let them run it off… lol very structured in and out on time type of event.
