I’ve been to this location a number of times, and although the staff can be quite nice on occasion, they appear to be extremely disorganized and the appointments always take forever. I have also witnessed them not being nice to customers many times. and if they have an issue with someone, after that person leaves, they will talk to each other about the person and the issue and complain about it to each other for many minutes before they move on and help the many people who are waiting. they are not focused. You will routinely see people getting upset with the staff because of paperwork errors or scheduling mishaps or wait times. In addition, sometimes the people who collect blood are not very good and they’re rough and they will leave you with a big bump and bruise. you’d think if their job is to draw blood all day they’d be good at it! The only upside to this location, if you are willing to put up with the probable issues, is that they are open on Saturdays and many of the other locations aren’t.

Not a bad location. Sometimes it can be crowded but the staff does a decent job of getting people in and out. I DEF recommend making an appointment! SAMANTHA is THEBEST!!! I’m not a fan of the one they call Miss Evelyn. She’s been rude to me on numerous occasions even when she’s been wrong. I work in customer service so I’m def not rude to workers. Overall not a bad location!

I had a bad experience there several years ago, when the facility did not have a working restroom. The employees were sending people to the restroom in the lobby of the office building when they had to give urine samples. We then had to parade past people in the lobby and the people waiting in the Quest Diagnostics lobby with our urine samples. I phoned Quest and complained. They said they would address the problem. I don’t know if they did because I’ve never gone back there.
