Dr. Batra and his team — they’re disappointing me left and right. I called his office saying I have a cold that’s persisting for nearly two weeks now. Turns out Dr. Batra’s schedule is booked and no appointment is available until next Monday. I requested time and time again. I even said I’d be happy to see his nurse practitioner. Instead of getting an emergency appointment, I was recommended to go to an urgent care facility. What a load of nonsense. Never again. I’ll find myself another physician.
