I agree with Michael S. that this company has provided the«worst» customer service I have ever seen. Every single date I requested could not be met by this company. I even received an email stating that a date works but they wanted me to give REMINDER that they made a commitment which is total unprofessional and then states that the day I requested is no longer available. Since no stars is not an option please take this advise and use a more reputable company. I believe their intent is to get a lot of people to sign up for their Amazon local offer and wait for it to expire claiming this as «free money». Received a full refund from Amazon local. Actual email sent to this company: « Re: Lawn Aeration — Amazon Local David H 8:32AM To: Oscar I totally disagree with your business philosophy. Two weeks ago when you state this Friday is a good date it should NOT be up to the customer to remind the company doing the service that you made a commitment. I have never been asked by any other company, Dr, mechanic etc. for this type of request before then you have the nerve to say it was not three days before? That is why people have calendars to write down when you have a commitment/appointment — very frustrating. I am not even sure how you are still in business. I will also pass this information on to Amazon local.

This business has an AmazonLocal offer which I purchased. I contacted them 4 times, 2 phone calls and 2 emails. No response. I would say the worst customer service ever which would cause me to be concerned with the actual service they provide. I do not recommend. There are many others in the landscaping business who are responsive and care about customer service.
