I’ve been here several times in the last 4 years for cosmetic «procedures». It is extremely hard to get in touch with a live person. Not sure if it’s because they staff this particular location lightly but if you leave a message, you may not get a call back so you have to keep trying. However, when you do get someone on the phone, they are always extremely friendly and helpful finding you an appointment– which may be several weeks away. You can get on a waiting list and they’ve called me once or twice if they have a cancellation.
I love the ambiance in here. It’s like a very upscale doctor’s office, complete with spa appointments. It makes me feel like they really are medical professionals and not just spa techs. Everything is super clean and the nurses (or whatever they are called) are very friendly, personable and efficient. I’ve never had any problems with what I’ve had done and they are very clear with post-​op instructions. Make sure you get to your appointment on time because it seems like they run a very tight ship and don’t like to keep patients waiting.
I can agree that this seems like a medi-​spa that profits from people buying packages of the different cosmetic procedures they offer. Almost everything is sold in packages, not just by each single procedure. However, I bought a package more than 4 years ago and I still had my credit all these years later. So I paid significantly less than it is selling for now. That’s one of the reasons why I’m giving them 4 stars. I’m sure some people have their issues with that policy and trying to get appointments quickly but I never experienced any problems because I’m willing to wait a few weeks. I just wish they had a Reveal closer to where I live.
