Rock Creek Garden Pool

Pool season has officially begun! Today we ushered it in with a pot luck BBQ. I’m not quite ready to venture into the pool, but I am ready to chill out with a book beside it. Maybe once the sun warms the water a tad more I’ll come by for a late night swim on a night when the pool stays open until 10pm.
I normally wouldn’t review my condo’s pool, but I wanted to pay homage to the irreplaceable Kelly G. She should be here with me right now. I will be thinking of her and her secret box of wine every time I check in.

Thanks to Libby F. I have been to this pool twice. I stand to receive two more invites this summer. It is a great pool. Not kidney shaped like many condo pools but rectangular with a extra little piece of square on the end.
This pool is the perfect pool to lounge away a lazy Sunday. Complete with deck chairs, chaise lounges, tables with umbrellas, and floatation devices.
I’ve only been in the women’s changing room but it’s pretty nice. It has showers which is a nice touch for a pool at a condo where all members are within walking distance of their own home showers.
There are lifeguards. And if some little kids jump in they sit in the high chairs.
