In my three encounters here I have learned a few things:
1. Always look for Terence, he is the manager and really knows his stuff, like really knows it! The other people I have little confidence in.
2. Have a clear idea of what you want/​need before going in, it can be overwhelming otherwise.
Got some new deck paint/​product and I messed up the measurements of my deck so that I told them the wrong size and I bought to much. Even though it was tinted and against their policy we worked out a partial refund since I did not use all of what I bought. They called me back promptly and we made a deal. Good customer service is hard to find these days and I really appreciated that they worked with me, many places won’t.
