The shipping department in this Staples store saved Christmas for me. The gentleman behind the counter, Israel, helped me ship 11 very large packages the week before Christmas with ease and had a very friendly and helpful attitude the whole time. Thanks, Israel, for all your help!

Don’t come here if you have an option to go anywhere else. The cashier was rude and everyone else too busy to check in the system if they had something in stock. They kept sending me to isle 7. I have been to isle 7!!!

It was the closes store from my home but I regret coming here somewhat. I feel like the store is very unorganized and hard to navigate to find things. In addition, they are so understaffed that I couldn’t find anyone on the floor to assist me with my question. Cashier line was pretty long and obviously she looked to be «zoned out.» Anyways, I wouldn’t go unless I have to!

I had the worst experience in my life at this staples. The manager angrily spoke to me in a very, very loud tone of voice in front of 12 – 13 customers standing in line. I call the cooperate office and they gave me a very difficult time and their customer relations department was no better. I would like to warn customers of my experience with management because without us doing business with this staples, it would not be able to survive nor would he have a job. However, this change my entire attitude about doing business with staples because of how I was treated by management and the corporate office. I have spent so much money there, but I will be shopping at another office supply store with better customer service where I feel I am valued as a customer by management and their corporate office if I encounter a problem with being treated with respect and professionalism.

Very helpful service. I came in here to look for a laser printer, and«with it» when it comes to technology, I’d like to get a 2nd opinion. The employee was very helpful but not overbearing. He helped me pick out the right printer for the right budget. I’m not much of an impulse shopper(that was sarcasm for those who don’t know me), but I think his helpfulness contributed to me buying the printer. I also came here for copies and I left one of the originals at the machines. Came back the next day, they had the document saved. Kudos Staples. 4STARS! Kind of a shady shopping center though. Unfortunate.

Thank you Staples for replacing a series of unsuccessful grocery stores in this black hole of a shopping center. I especially love your Sharpie and Post-It displays that feature the coolest and newest things(recycled sticky notes, $ 1 Sharpie markers, Sharpies for your keychain!). Your amazing blank CD sales are always a plus, and, thanks to you, I’m all set with blank CD’s until 2010. Thanks also for having almost everything a teacher needs — except for«Good Job!» rubber stamps(Are you planning on carrying them any time soon?). I love you.
