Super Nails is a sizable nail shop in Wheaton/​Silver Spring, MD.
Tram is so freaken talented and exceptional at nail art!
Metered parking is in the back of the building. Be sure to take quarters or download the parking app on your cell phone.
Sad that Tram closed the shop in Rockville, but as long as she’s local I will continue to follow her where ever she chooses to go!

I’m glad Tram is back to this salon. She’s the bomb with the nail art. You should definitely give this shop another chance. I have good faith in Tram. She will rebuild this shop to make it better like the old day. Good work and affordable price. Shoutout for my girl TRAMMMMMM…

BAD COSTUMER SERVICE, this lady toook about 10 minutes to do my pedicure, at other nails stores it takes at least 30 minutes, & when I confronted her about it she lied and told me that she wasn’t done, but she already painted my toes and even added the top coat. (Crazy right ?) & the other one comes and starts to curse me out and she told me to get out before I get in more trouble (yes she threatened me), THEY ARE ALLL disrespectful & they need to improve, you cannot run a business without being nice, DO NOT GO HERE, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

I went to get my nails done with my friend and it was awful I wanted to feel relaxed and enjoy a good time but no the nail techs were screaming at each other my pedi was done in 15 min max it sucks
And worse they are not polite I will not be coming back here

This place is terrible.
I went with my friend to get a french polish change and they did a horrible job.
The polish was uneven and messy. Some of the white tips were thicker than the others. The nail tech also seemed nervous and didn’t have a steady hand, as if she had no idea what she was doing. Which probably explains why my nails didn’t turn out so well.
I’m not one of those customers who bitch in person cause I understand the service industry and how difficult it can be dealing with asshole customers, so I stayed quiet about it and paid. But I still felt pretty pissed when I left, because I paid for something crappy.
With that being said, I really hope this business takes this review into consideration. People really shouldn’t be spending money on half ass nail jobs.

I go to this salon because the price is reasonable and most of the associates are nice to me. I’ve been coming here for 3 years.
I like the quality of the gel manicure and color options they have and love the price. I don’t think it’s anything different any other expensive salons.
I however don’t really like the pedicure there. Because the $ 18 one is just SO basic but $ 25 is the deluxe which is what we like. So spare little bit more and get the deluxe.

Went back yesterday. Made an appointment with Ken. I was kind of disappointed because he was busy helping someone else when I got there for my appointment. The manager said he would be done soon, so I waited for about 20 minutes until Ken told me that the woman he was helping wanted to get a full set as well. He kindly asked me if I could come back, and I said I could. As I was leaving the manager stopped me to apologize and suggested I get a pedicure while he finished with the other customer. I hadn’t gotten a pedi in a while so I decided to take her up on her offer. I waited for another 20 minutes and as I was about to leave again someone came to help me. She was very nice and did a great job!
Then I finally got to do my gel mani with Ken and it made how annoyed I was of waiting so much go away. That man is so sweet! My nails look great and I really enjoyed talking to him. He apologized multiple times and told me how appreciative he was that I waited. The 4 stars are literally for him! (Even though the manager was pretty nice too). Again, the place could use a really nice, deep clean.

This place sucks! Prices are high as hell and they did not do my eyebrows like I wanted. Will never go here again!

I always get my nails done here mainly because of the prices. A gel manicure is $ 20 and I get them done bi-​weekly. The prices are the cheapest I can find in the are and the quality is just fine. The service is ehh, it can be a hit or miss. For example, they will sit you down and tell you 5 mins when in reality it is 20 which can be irritating but this has happened to me in other salons too. Definitely not somewhere to go if you want to get pampered. However, if you want to get decent nails for a good price, this is the place to go.

After having calmed down from this expensive, debacle from this establishment. I got a change to look at the expensive gel full set of nails. They are embarrassing horrible. The gel on my nails are at least ½ inch thick. I am going to have to go to a reputable manicurist when I get back to sanity-​ville and have the whole set completely redone.

This place is a dive. I’m guessing that «Kathrine H.» is Tram’s buddy b/​c I wouldn’t recommend that anyone remove any layer of clothing in this place. And it doesn’t help that it’s in a cock roach infested shopping center either…

Decent prices — $ 18 for pedi and $ 8 for manicure. Concerned about lack of cleanliness — tools are not sanitized, foot tub was not cleaned, towels looked dirty. Nail colors may be thinned down. Will not go back.

I had a Groupon for this place to get a Pedicure and Gel Manicure. It seemed like a good deal and I was curious about the gel manicure. I had some problems communicating because not many people who work there speak English. The pedicure was first. I thought there were too many suds in the foot tub though compared to other nail places I have been too. The over act of doing the pedicure and manicure were fine.
I had a problem with the polish on my toes drying. They had about 20 – 30 minutes to dry but I get home and see the polish was ruined already. It was raining that day so I wore closed shoes and not flip flops. however, at other nail places I still never had a problem wearing regular shoes after 30 min of drying.
The gel manicure polish has been fine but it does not look good. It looks very thick. I have had regular manicures look better. Actually she has a lot of polish on my cuticle area. It was not a neat job.
The prices at this place are also pretty cheap to begin with so I do not even feel the groupon was a good value at all. I will not be returning to this place.

First, I love the main photo for this place. Why does this chick have a bleeding cuticle? Too bad you can’t give negative stars. First, this bitch took mad long for my mani/​pedi literally 1 ½ hrs. and no acrylics. It was like it was her first day on the job. The way she cut my cuticles they looked scalloped and she couldn’t even put the polish on correctly. I had to get some other dude to take it all off and fix it after all the time it took. Then she made a big fuss after I paid because I gave her a $ 2 tip, yelling «Chee payeed, chee payeed!?» My roommate got a mani and the next day the polish fell off her nails, as if they were Lee Press Ons.

1 star is even too generous. i spent 135 dollars here on friday and saturday i called them because the lady that did my leg wax did an awful job and missed tons of spots. it was so bad i needed to shave over it. u should not have to shave right after u wax. anyways, they told me over the phone that they would give me a refund if i came back in because i spent 4 hours waiting to get my nails and pedicure done, even though i had an appointment and i didnt want to waste anymore time there.
when i got there they said they wont give me my money back but that they had to pluck every hair that she missed. which is ALOT and there is no way that if i paid for a wax im going to lie there for another hour while some lady tweezes my legs.
To make a long story short, all of the employees there surrounded me and started yelling at me and then they all started insulting me and talking about me to the customers getting work done. the police came and told them to give me a refund and they said no so the cop said for me to call the better business burough and file a complaint because he said he is always having to come here because these ppl treat their customers horribly.

Okay, so I went back! I believe in second chances. I had someone named Mya who did my mani/​pedi. I got my manicure on Sunday and here I am (5 days later) and I just got my first chip. She did well. I did bring my own nail polish however, because their selection is a little slim. They have lots of reds and purples and pinks, but I like a specific color. It is easier for me to just bring my own than play games and settle. Mya told me she was new and she was great, very sweet and didn’t ruin my nails.
This place still has the babysitter issue. All was well, until someone’s baby’s mama came in with her 4 kids. Those were some rugrats! One of them was about 3 years old and had cheetos cheese all over his hands. When I was getting my manicure, he tried to reach into my purse. LOL. HOLD UP, LITTLE ONE!!! I told the kid to back up and the mom followed up with a «move it, latrell.» I just shook my head! Mind you, the purse was on my shoulder. Umph! I also witnessed a kid spit into a pedicure bowl after eating a rotten fruit. That definitely sealed the deal that I won’t be coming back.
I think they should have stricter rules on kids there then the experience would be more relaxing. I still saw some amazing acrylic hand-​painted designs. I won’t be going back though. Ever!

I think the reviewer before me had her salons confused. There is a salon next door to «hi super nail» called «super spa». I have not heard good things about that salon but «hi super nail» in the same complex as dunkin donuts is great!
I highly recommend Tram. She is the best designer for nail art and her execution is superb. In addition, the reason I feel the other reviewer is mistaken is that Tram speaks beautiful English without an accent.
If you love acrylic nail art, I have yet to come across a salon that compares to this salon. In addition, I saw a lady leaving with the most beautiful eyelashes when I arrived. She told me that she actually was wearing extensions that Tram had put on. They honestly looked so natural and beautiful that I’m saving up to get them myself!
