Had a great experience with this company. We had an 8′ x 4′ x 4′ (approx.) awning on the back of our house that ripped during the hurricane. Fortunately the frame was undamaged, but we needed a new canvas custom made and installed. Thomas Shade & Awning was (i) the most responsive company, (ii) the lowest quote (by far – $ 400 less), and (iii) weeks early in completing the project. We picked out the fabric (Brian Torrance came to our house with a book of samples) and the canvas was made and installed less than two weeks later. I am very happy with the service I received.
