Tony’s Gutter Cleaning

Have used twice, first time they said they would be out that day, but didn’t show up until the next day. But, they did an excellent job cleaning the gutters. The second time was for a rental… called on Friday, they said will be out on Sunday and they were. Did awesome job again. Would recommend to friends with warning to not hold them to a date, they will come.
Love that I don’t need to be there and they leave invoice. No use of leave for gutter cleaning.

Tony and his crew help us clean gutters at rental properties and for clients (we are a real estate company). We just text them the address, and then usually within a few days they come out and clean the gutters, then they just leave the invoice or mail it. Last time they took out 3 bags of «gutter junk» from my gutters and the gutters were cleaned a year before. The cost is typically $ 90 and I find that to be a good value, especially since it protects the house from potential water issues in the future. Definitely beats me climbing up there!

Tony’s Gutter Cleaning has been very reliable for us for almost three years. But this time around the situation was different.
Scheduled to come for a gutter cleaning on what turned out to be a rainy Wednesday, Tony’s didn’t show… didn’t even call to say that they weren’t coming. When we called them late that afternoon, the owner said that they don’t make appointments for specific days, and they’d just come whenever they could. (Tony’s knows from experience that they are not to come onto my property without my being at the house, lest my neighbors call the cops.) In addition, when pressed, the owner dismissively told the Frogette they could get to us in two weeks.
Not acceptable guys! You miss an appointment, one that we took a day off from work for, you show up the next time the sun shines.
I’d give Tony’s two stars for botching this cleaning, but honestly, till now, they’ve been very reliable. So… three stars, but buyer beware.
