Whitehall Associates

Whitehall Associates is one of the few lead paint inspectors that were recommended to me by the State of Maryland are licensed to do XRF Lead Paint Testing. Many of the other companies I checked with either did not return my calls or no longer did the work or were not licensed for the XRF testing which is important because it saves you money in the future by not having to retest so often.
Whitehall Associates was excellent to work with from my first phone call to setting up a convenient appointment. Pete was great to work with; he answered my questions on the phone and later in person, he was on time for the inspection (actually early), knowledgeable and experienced and finished the inspection well within their estimated time period. Their prices are also very fair. Everyone I talked to and worked with at Whitehall Associates were incredibly professional. I would absolutely use them again!

Buford and Ken at Whitehall and Associates have provided lead testing services since the 1970’s. They are great service providers with quick turn around time of results. They are punctual and professional and follow EPA protocols.

Whitehall performed a lead paint inspection on my pre 1978 rental property. First, they missed their appointment and proceeded with out me present.
They then breached my trust and goodwill by testing four replacement windows which were not at risk for lead paint at $ 15 each, thereby overcharging me $ 60.
