If you are an outdoors type of person you have to go to Modjeska/Silverado Park. This park, like many parks in OC, is full of trails for hikers, runners, horseback riding, mountain biking, bird watching, or just enjoying a day out in nature then this is the place to go. It’s nestled in the hills of North Orange by Santiago Canyon College and the toll roads. Those who are familiar with the area now to get to the park then you have to take Chapman all the way down and follow the arrows pointing you to the park. It’s pretty hidden and not a lot of people know about this place but it’s definately worth the drive. Just make sure to be careful as this is part of a Wild Reserve so the mountain lions, snakes, etc. are present so just be smart when you’re out there and take plenty of water and maybe some snacks(depending on the durarion of your stay).
