Bath & Body Works

Came here one day after being super stressed out at work, had no intention of really buying much. My boyfriend had never been to a bath and body works so i was like «let’s go» As soon as i came to this store I was greeted by a lady named Natalie, she is AWESOME! She had a very bubbly personality and she kept cracking jokes I needed that after a long day. I told her I was going to write this review about how awesome she is and how her customer service is by far the best I have experienced in a while. So special shout out to Natalie, you rock and i will be back to spend 100 more dollars with you!

Amazing store. We get coupons and discounts in the mail frequently from these guys, so we come here every time we visit the mall. Merchandise is well organized, the staff is always very polite and professional. They always know what they’re doing, whenever we come here. The products themselves are great and have wonderful smells. They make awesome gifts. Prices are a tiny bit high, but it’s worth it.

I always wait for coupons or some of the sales due to the price of this chains items, but this store in particular the staff is very friendly. Always someone on hand to answer my questions!

It’s just like all the other Bath and Body Works– lots of fragrances packed into one store all fighting for your attention (same can be said of the sales associates).
With that being said, my husband and I are huge fans of their foaming soaps. Some of the smells are really decent and appropriate for a dual gender home. This location had the lavender in the foaming as well, which I guess not all do or is a recent addition. B&BW also has cute little covers to put over the soap that actually look really nice and you would never guess were purchased at a mall. We were thrilled!
The store overall has gone up a notch since my high school days when I’d hang out here all the time. Men’s lines, sun protection products, soaps, lotions, candles, the whole gambit. The girl who checked us out was friendly and very helpful.
