Went to Big 5 today to get my daughter gear for t-ball. I have to say the level of customer service we got from Spencer was phenomenal. He was polite and knowledgeable and so sweet and patient with my 6 year old. He deserves a big raise! I will do all my shopping for sports equipment there now and will be telling my friends as well.

I went into the store looking to purchase a few hunting items and was disappointed by their stock and prices. At least they had .22 ammo in stock.

Very hit and miss for me. They seem to have the staff in place to help but the store is so crammed you can barely move. It looks like a much larger sports store threw up the items that weren’t selling and gave them to Big 5 to sell. I prefer the Big 5 store in Port Orchard. The seem to have a bigger selection and isn’t as confined.

This store is not bad. I actually like it. I only gave it three stars because it is all crammed in there and difficult to find things. The prices are moderate. I do like that they have coupons with the Entertainment Book. I used the app on my phone and saved $ 10.00!

4 stars, its not as good as it gets but its better then some other places because they have employees who help customers find what they want to buy. Isn’t that what store employees are suppose to do? It seems to be a lost skill these days but I was greeted and ask what I needed within one minute after entering the store. They had what I wanted at a fare price too.

I have no clue how they managed to fit so much into this store. It looks tiny from the outside, but seems to have the stock of a store 3 times it’s size. It’s not really a good thing either as the whole shopping experience is cluttered, messy, and cumbersome. You can find what you are looking for, but I can’t imagine walking around with a big item comfortably. Who really cares though, you can find what you are generally looking for(except for Rugby stuff, which is what I went there for) and the staff seems helpful for navigating the cluster of a store.
