Insofar as adult stores go, this has been the most impressive. From their huge selection, to wonderfully helpful staff Castle was a pleasure in more ways than one. During our visit, both associates were the picture of excellent customer service. Megan Pointed out amazing selections of various toys, lubes, and restraints while Nicole, helped fill our closet with super sexy outfits. Both were friendly professional, funny, easy to talk to and the list goes on. If we ever make it out of the bedroom again, we’ll be sure to head straight to Castle!

After I got my hands ungunked from yet another failed H2O based lube, my boo thang and myself meandered down to Castle for some advice. We had tried gun oil and other silicone based products but wanted something new (gays, so predictable). Megan is the person we were fortunate enough to have hear our vulgar comments about some big black dildo and took over. After not much time, this lovely little bundle of sultry confidence had directed and sampled many products. We left unable to hold anything in our slippery mitts and bag full of samples for personal and group endeavors. Megan, thank you for popping our «castle megastore» cherry and creating return customers.

I have been to many adult stores. Castle has a great selection (as do many) but Sadi D spent so much time with me. She was so much fun. I would recommend that anyone that visits this store should ask for help from Sadi. I also really liked the amount of selection they had to offer.

Great for people new to kink. And lots of great (but overpriced) outfits and stockings and such. Good plus size selection. Newbies can see lots of different products, and explore a huge selection of stuff; toys, clothes, lotions/​oils, etc. Staff not knowledgeable but are friendly. Once you figure out your personal preferences I’d go to s specialty store for toys, etc. But it’s a fun place to explore :)

I lived in this area since the start of this store. something for everyone.. Has a variety of things to see buy or enjoy. I have been shopping here since this placed Open at least 12 years ago.
The movie and underwear selection has grown :/​. Has a great selection of party favourites check it out. You will not be disappointed.

I have been to castles multiple times and all the times that I’ve gone its been a great experience one time I went in there alone and just wanted to browse without being disturbed and they talked to me once took the hint and were out of there next time I went in with my girlfriend we had a lot of questions and the staff was very knowledgeable and helped her and I have a have great night together. Overall great selection and great people five stars.

Whether you are going in search of something new for the bedroom or just to giggle at the latest technology in «massagers», it’s worth a stop.
The selection in some genres is a bit limited but in general, you’re not going to find a better selection on this side of the Sound.
I enjoy the fact that it’s a nice clean place to shop but isn’t dressed up as some frou-​frou boutique. What you see is what you get, nothing more and nothing less. And isn’t that really what we want from our fun-​time toys? ;c)

The best Kitsap has to offer, not quite the only. But truly, having visited a few other adult stores in many areas, I am always dissapointed in the small selection. Its not that I generally end up buying anything when I visit, but just that I can waste a comical hour or so of my life touring Castle Superstore and giggling with my girls or acting coy… its a great store. And what I have bought– well I haven’t any complaints.

Ha! I remember when this place opened. The HUGE building had been vacant for so long, it used to be a Silo (shitty electronics store). I believe the usual bashing occured by the Christian-​right and prudes living in the area when it was announced what was finally going into the long vacant space. When it first opened, I came here to check it out and see what the fuss was about. Ehh, just a typical adult store with a somewhat decent selection of (overpriced) toys. Lots of fun novelty items, cards, and a good selection of naughty clothes. Lots of videos for rent and purchase. This location only gets four stars because of the employees. When it first opened, they seemed to have some really awesome people working here who cared about what they were doing. After a while though, the level of customer service went down, which is sad.

I admit that I haven’t visited a huge amount of adult stores, but if I ever had the urge to do so Castles would be my first choice. I mean, what don’t they have? You can buy toys, costumes, profilactics, dvds. Whatever adult item you’re looking for they probably have. They don’t call it a superstore for nothing. You know what they sell in the Wal-​Mart superstore? Everything! Sometimes special guests even come visit. Do special guests come visit Wal-​Mart? I think not. A picture of yourself doing the shocker with Ron Jeremy: Priceless.
I used to go to Castles all the time my senior year of high school, it was sort of a rite of passage for friends when they turned 18. I stopped going there when the man behind the desk knew my name and I was no longer carded. In my opinion when this happens, you may have a problem.
