We returned to Clear Creek RV Center recently to purchase a new, larger travel trailer trading in the trailer we purchased at Clear Creek in 2013. The experience of selecting the trailer was just as fantastic as the first time. Our salesman, Paul Tyson, was very easy to work with and does not use pressure tactics to get you to buy a trailer. He listened to our needs and showed us a few trailers that we would like then left us alone for a while to make our decision. He got us a fabulous deal we couldn’t pass up on a trailer than should last us into 10+years. He even had a case of one of my favorite beers waiting for us in the new trailer! The following week we returned to pickup our trailer and sign the paperwork. We had a 2pm appointment with Amy to do the walkthrough of the new trailer but we were asked to arrive 90 minutes early to do the paperwork with the finance manager. We got there just after 12:30pm. There was about an hour wait to get in to talk to a new finance person(who called himself the«director»). Once in his office he immediately started talking about extended warranties. After nearly 45 – 60 minutes of talking about the warranty I felt I didn’t have a choice but to buy it. This was not a great experience and is the only reason I’m dropping my star rating to 4. I would prefer the finance person to be more transparent about the data behind the warranty and let the customer feel they have a choice and can buy or not. Once we finally got through the paperwork it was about 2:50pm(almost an hour after our scheduled walkthrough). Amy was awesome once again and thoroughly took us through every aspect of the new trailer which was much bigger and more complex than our first. She genuinely cared about our experience with finance and let the general manager know. He called me on Monday to talk about it, but frankly I didn’t get the impression from the GM that he was overly concerned about my experience with the finance manager. Toward the end of the walkthrough, we connected the trailer to the truck and checked the lights. The running lights were not working. The technician was quickly able to determine the problem was a corroded wiring harness in my 2009 Dodge Ram 2500. Rather than telling me to get it fixed, he took it upon himself to fix it for us on the spot(NO charge!), staying late after his work schedule ended. Considering it was now dusk, this allowed us to travel to the RV park safely and was very much appreciated! Overall I’d still say you can’t go wrong with Clear Creek RV Center. Just be careful not to purchase more than you want with the finance person. Happy RVing!

Top notch service, sales and parts department. Professional and courteous staff who help you every step of the way… before, during AND after the sale plus Jayco’s company reputation and thats why we purchased our new Jayco 5th wheel from them. I recommend Clear Creek RV Center to everyone i meet and i am pretty picky when it comes to all facets of customer service, so my review speaks volumes to how i am impressed with their entire staff ! High-fives to Luis, Greg, Tim, Phil and everyone else for all the help :)

We are SO happy with Clear Creek. We got the travel trailer we wanted at the payments we wanted to make, Clear Creek made it SO very easy. We recommend this place for anyone looking for an RV or travel trailer. NO high pressure sales technique we stated what we wanted our payments per month to be and they worked with us without the torturous back and forth bull crap that other places(especially car dealerships like Parr blech blech blech). We had actually showed up with pre-approved financing from our credit union(awesome rate) but the price of the unit we were looking at was still too expensive on the monthly payments and we were actually looking at going out of state to purchase(Indiana no less) bacause it would have been cheaper even with the delivery charge of $ 4000. We let Luis(our super awesome sales guy) know what was going on, he asked the right questions, and got us into the exact one we wanted again with NO hassle or high pressure bull crap. He just said«can you give us a chance to get you the payments you want to make even though this is a more expensive unit than the one you were looking at in Indiana?» And that is what Clear Creek did. Again AWESOMEAWESOMEAWESOME!
