I visited this store to redeem a coupon I got via email. At check out, the cashier couldn’t credit the $ 10 discount on an $ 89 tab, and that coupon was the main incentive to visit!
Then, two shirts that were on sale looked exactly like a 3rd one I picked, but somehow it didn’t ring up at the same price $ 12 vs. $ 24.
The Store Manager got very irritable that there were 3 patrons in the Store, 30min before closing, so the «hounding» drove us out sooner. I realize they want to get home at the end of the day, but if you have paying customers, either lock the doors and finish with those inside, or EB needs to provide some incentive for them to stay over, or something. Just keep the hounds away :)

I really like this store. The staff are always helpful & obliging, and the clothing is the Eddie Bauer quality clothing with a return policy that can’t be beat. Yes, it’s expensive, but sales are frequent and the clothing lasts forever. And several times a year, they do 40−50% off the whole store, so even the sales are on sale, and then you can get a phenomenol deal. Plus, my husband is super picky, and he loves their clothes. All-​in-​all, it would be a sad day for me if this store closed!

Eddie Bauer has always been known for thier quality stuff. Each year they have a new designer come in and spruce up their stuff. Their outlets sell quality made stuff if you bought in regular retail Eddie Bauer would cost you much more. Additionally, each outlet carries different things. Staff is always friendly and knowledgable too.

Eddie Bauer definately puts out a quality product. I love this outlet store! They have sales all the time. Some of the prices are a bit high but when you find a deal, it will be a great one!
I have purchased some amazing deals! Give them a try.

This ‘outlet’ sure seemed like a regular overpriced retail store to me. There was a HUGE 60% off sign in the front window– apparently that discount only applied to the clearance rack in the back corner.
I’m sure the products are fine, just don’t go here expecting any cheap deals because its an ‘outlet’.
