Always fast. friendly and great quality work. I’ve needed immediate alterations to uniforms and they have accommodated me on the spot. Dry cleaning drop off too. Great company!

Horrible service, kept my jeans for a whole entire week and didn’t taper them. Plus they were trying to charge 30 dollars for just a taper. Horrible just horrible

Exceptional service with quick turnaround. Prices are very reasonable and discounts come easily for active duty and veterans. The owner is a local Navy vet and caters to the military, but still does a great job with all of my suits and shirts. Very friendly people! The only detractor is that the storefront isn’t clearly marked. I’m sure once they become more established, a big bright sign will come. In the meantime, just remember that they are next door to the GNC.

At 530pm, I needed a pair of pants hemmed for the next day. I started to call around and was put off by many businesses by their prices and the fact that I needed something quickly. I called ETC desperate to get my pants hemmed and was told they could do it no problem but had to go to their other store in Bremerton because their machine was there.
I drove the short commute and the owner hemmed my pants and pressed them immediately while I waited for a very reasonable price.
Customer service and the way you are treated as a customer goes along way! I now have a new Alterations and Dry Cleaners!!!
