Kristopher was great to work with. I contacted him by phone, explained the problem and we set up an appointment for the next week. He needed to order the correct screen and Christmas was a couple days away.
He kept me informed when was going to be a few minutes late to our agreed meet up. In person he was courteous and professional. He inspected my iPad and gave me the estimated total. It was a bit odd meeting at a Starbucks, but it was convenient and I felt safe.
My iPad was ready that evening. He had replaced the screen and fixed my home button. He sadly confirmed the previous fix I had done by another local shop was worse than originally thought. (Check my reviews)
Very happy with the service. I will be using Kristopher again should the need arise.

I had a wonderful experience with iCracked, especially with Kristopher their technician in this area. He was courteous, called me back quickly and fit me in his schedule within a couple days.
He was on time, worked quickly and made the whole experience easy. I encourage anyone who needs to fix their cracked screens on any Apple product (phones, Ipads) to use iCracked.
