Indigo Fountain Massage

Whitney, oh Whitney. There aren’t enough wonderful words that I could say about this girl. I was in a auto accident in December and was prescribed some massage therapy for part of my treatment. She has the most amazing hands, listens to my words and understands the body. She completely rocks.

I’ve gotten multiple massages and spa services at Indigo Fountain. I have never left unsatisfied. All of the staff are super friendly and the massage therapists provide excellent services. The space has a warm and comfortable atmosphere and all of the treatment rooms are well decorated and peaceful.
My favorite treatment is the therapeutic cupping massage, I’ve also gotten a hot stone massage, deep tissue and a hot stone hybrid. All of these massages were wonderful.

We had a couple’s massage and agree that it was only so-​so and a little weird.
We arrived a bit early and ended up waiting 15 – 20 minutes past our appointment time, but OK — that happens. The two therapists brought out samples of a number of fragrances for us to choose. That seemed a little strange; does anybody pay that much attention to the fragrance? We also noticed the therapists were in uniform with leopard print tights. Shouldn’t the owners be more concerned about their freedom of movement than how they look?
When we went into the massage room we saw the leopard print sheets and really wondered what that had to do with the quality of the experience. Then they told us we were not to remove our underpants. With every other massage we’ve had it’s been the customer’s choice. From what I read, underwear can sometimes interfere with the flow of the massage and staining from the oil can be a concern. More importantly, this policy was not mentioned on the website or the forms we completed.
As for the massages, my wife and I compared notes and found that we were both treated the same, with no allowance for different areas of tension. We got the full 90 minutes, which was good considering the late start, but nothing about the massages was remarkable. We won’t be returning.

I have been here for the hot stone couple’s massage and deep tissue; both times were fantastic! The staff are wonderful and the space is very comfortable and inviting.
The hot stones were relaxing and gentle. It eased my muscles and helped me drift away from my work week stress. The deep tissue was a lot more heavy handed and worked on the stiff spots on my shoulders and neck. The LMPs are super attentive to your needs and really work with any injuries and sensitives (I’m super ticklish on some parts of my body and they knew just how to work with me).
All in all, I will be coming back!

Fantastic service! A little place tucked away in the middle of Silverdale. You’d never know you were in the city from inside though! Looking out the window, you can see a stream nearby and there is no road noise!
The massage was simply great. It was my first professional massage, so I was a little anxious about disrobing and jumping in head first. The woman that massaged me was very professional and made the whole experience extremely relaxing. What really impressed me was: even though I have several serious injuries, she was able to massage those areas without aggravating the injury! I told her exactly what was injured and she massaged literally every muscle in the area except for the injured one. She obviously knows her stuff!
The building was well decorated and the music they were playing helped me get in the right frame of mind to relax. There were great incense oils that further turned me into jello!
Overall, I must say that I will return… Many times!

Love the relaxing atmosphere in the lobby as well as the treatment rooms! The animal print blankets give it a little flare too :) Most importantly my massages are consistently great and Anthea is always keeping up wither her education and trying innovative body treatments for the seasons. My personal plus is that she pays attention to when you don’t feel like talking and you just want to snore away:)
