We love shopping here. We always get treated professionally, and like our opinions matter. They take care of us are able to give a well educated options to fulfill our needs. We love them!
One example is when our washer and dryer went out we went down. They were able to get us delivery the next day, 12 months 0 interest and their delivery men hooked everything up for us.

Everyone we dealt with at this store was pleasant and eager to help. We just bought a fairly expensive refrigerator. TJ got us a great price (much less than Home Depot), and everyone else from ordering to delivery went out of their way to be responsive and professional. Lowe’s knows what they are doing, and will definitely get my repeat business.

I have only had good experiences here. Andrew in the appliance area was super helpful, and Larry in flooring was also. I found them both to be very friendly, and we laughed as I searched for the things that I need for my remodel project. The only thing I wish is that they were in Poulsbo. They also have great sales, and I was able to get some wicked good deals on the appliances that I wanted.

I hate coming here. Every time I do, I end up not getting assisted with what I need. You either find their workers huddle around in groups and not asking you what help you need or you find yourself ringing the assistance caller and no one comes to your aid.
It is clean and well stocked like the previous reviewers stated, but when you’re wandering around clueless and in need of assistance, I expect to have at least someone there to help me out!

It’s Lowe’s, a national chain of big-​box home improvement stores. Not much to add to the plethora of reviews but for this particular store in Silverdale, it is clean and well-​stocked. it was also refreshing to encounter a few polite and helpful staff while trying to find what I needed.

Don“t buy any Hitachi tools from Lowes! Cordless drill for $ 129 lasted 6 months. Compressor not working right out of the box. You’re supposed to call HITACHI not Lowes… Hitachi has voice mail and I’m stll waiting fore a call back 48 hours later. Manager at Lowes was so bland and unhelpful. Finally got an exchange but no apology after driving an hour each way to exchange. Tool manager was great, store manager not so much. He said «yeah we just got another one back, they must have had a bad run.» P. S. Thatdrill? Same model on sale for $ 79 a year later… total garbage and they keep selling it.
