I first went to sears looking for a new washing machine. I got a few maybe’s but wanted to see other stuff. Went to Nilsen’s. was treated very nice. I asked why they didnt carry LG and Samsung. They said that the parts were hard to get and the way the innerds was it was really expensive to work on… So…they don’t carry stuff that is expensive to work on. I like that. Local/​Honest/​price match. Perfect.

We recently purchased appliances here for our kitchen remodel. Chuck was our salesman and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We ordered our appliances before the remodel began so that cabinetry could be custom made to fit. Nilsen’s stored our appliances until we needed them and delivered on the date and time they promised. The delivery men were very professional and showed great concern for our home and our new appliances so that there was no damage. We have had few questions and Chuck has always been right there for us! Thank you! We love everything we purchased. You’ve got a customer forever!

This is the place to call if you need to have someone fix your appliances. My refrigerator mysteriously stopped cooling on Sunday; called on Monday; talked to Cheryl. She arranged for a repairman for Wed; loaner was delivered Monday (and I didn’t even need to ask)! Awesome! Saved my life! Rob showed up promptly at 1 on Wed (at the beginning of the 1 – 4 window); very polite and knowledgeable. Gave me an understandable assessment of my refrigerator’s (sad) condition; I had already come to believe it was RIP for my 12-​year old refrigerator. And best of all, the bill was extremely reasonable.
