It was nice to find what I was looking for when I went in. What I was not looking for was to be harassed by the woman behind the counter. I really do not know how much more clear I need to be about not wanting to give you my phone number, social security number, address, zip code, email and signing up for a credit card. Seriously, if someone says no to you the first time, pestering them into giving it to you is only going to make the transaction even more awkward and uncomfortable but it’s also really just going piss people off. If Old Navy is forcing employees to gather personal information from patrons, maybe they need to re-evaluate some of their marketing ideas. I really just want to go buy a sweater at the store and not feel like a jerk because I did not want to expose my whole self to the person behind the counter or all of the people in the line behind me. Really, people can record others talking, I really didn’t want the guy behind me knowing EVERYSINGLETHING about me just because the cashier can’t take a hint. Good gravy Old Navy, get a clue!

They need a better way to return something. They make you feel like you stole something. Bought a jacket for my girlfriend and didn’t just fit right, didn’t have the size she wanted so wanted to get my money back. They wanted to give me a store credit ! They said, well you could have walked over and grabbed one off the shelf ! I said well look at your cameras of me walking in with the jacket . And this was a manager !!! Should demote herself to a fry cook somewhere. Such a moron

Took my kids there to get new clothes, the boys section seems to fare more selection than for toddler girls. All in all a decent store, I hate going to malls and this is as close as I would like to get.

The only Old Navy in Kitsap county you would think they would be better stocked. However 9 out of 10 times they are generally out of the item I need. And it isn’t just adult sizes but kids, toddlers and infants. Not to sure the remodel is working for it– as I prefer to walk into a store and head straight to where I need to go. The newborn infant section as well as their maternity section leave much to be desired and with such a large store you would assume they would have a larger selection. Not my favorite but in a pinch it will have to do until I get to the other side of the water for some real shopping.

This Old Navy has been remodeled from the old store style. The fitting rooms are located in the middle of the store, which is kind of nice. This is your typical Old Navy and has a variety of clothes for everyone in your family. Every time I’ve been in here the store has been pretty well maintained(shirts folded, clothes organized, clean dressing rooms). The staff is friendly without being pushy.

I needed to use a restroom, so I went into this Old Navy and wound up buying a really uncomfortable pair of flip-flops for $ 1. Is that a good deal? I’m not so sure… Here’s what the side label on the flip-flops reads: UPPER: OTHERMATERIALS LINING&SOCK: OTHERMATERIALS OUTERSOLE: OTHERMATERIALS MADEINCHINA MFD. FOROLDNAVY There’s lots of other cheap chinese crap to buy there. Support child slave labor!
