Reviewing as a tenant: Our building was recently transferred over to PPM and it’s only been a few months but from what I can see, I’m very happy they’re here and the building is finally getting the upkeep it deserves! They are quick to respond to any queries and requests and are quickly putting systems in place to make our apartment better. YAY.(Also, Geri Jordan has been incredibly helpful in responses to both myself and my husband.) 4⁄5 because it hasn’t been our experience has not been long and I’m still exploring their online resident portal.

My husband is in the military and we got stationed on the east coast. We trusted in this company to handle our property. Instead, we got nothing but problems. Their senior manager who managed our property was near impossible to get ahold of. When the tenants lease was up, they never renewed the lease and instead let her go month to month. Then, when the tenant began making late payments, we were told the late fees were collected, but she wasn’t sure what was done with the late fee. We never saw it. When questioned about it multiple times, she told us she was still looking in to it. We then decided enough was enough with the tenant and told the manager we wanted the tenant out. She ignored us and collected partial payment prolonging the eviction process. Oh yeah, they also never inspected the property like they’re supposed to. We have an extra $ 400 worth of water damage in the bathroom. After finally talking the their business manager and finding out we had been lied to, we switched companies. The tenant abandoned the property and we’re now having to deal with collections. If you’re looking for an honest company, don’t go with this one!
