We ordered the triple box, two pepperoni nothing fancy or difficult. However took over 55 min to be delivered(seriously dominos is 30 or less and even round table is 45 min) When we got our pizza it wasn’t in the triple box like they display on tv, which really really disappointed my 5 year old, he was extremely excited for that. Also the pizza was oddly luke warm almost like they cooked it and then it sat for a while before being delivered. And the cheese was already hard at that point. It had little to no flavor and was super greasy. Was not impressed. Our breadsticks were pretty much rock hard, and super greasy as well. We got the chocolate chip cookie desert which also looked as if it had been totally over cooked and was hard. I will be ordering pizza from some where else from now on. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the delivery guy was very sweet, and as much as the pizza was kind of gross it was edible.

Horrible customer service and management. There was an 11 old boy walking all around the food prep area randomly. The lady at the register seemed annoyed to take my order and got upset when the customer behind me asked her why a unsanitary child was walking from the bathroom to area were the pizza is made. The manager was yelling at the top of his lungs because no one would answer the phone while he was slicing the pizza. I then walked up to receive my pizza from an employee who had dark brown/black dirt caked under the tips of his fingernails. This Pizza Hut needs a damn health inspector!

just ordered pizza from here. took an hour and 15 mins, had to call and ask about my order, the lady told me they only had 1 driver. on a friday night. my order arrived and it was cold, all of it. very disappointing.

HORRIBLE experience I had ordering a pizza over the phone. First, it was a woman who could not speak English very well which was no issue until I said«can I get cheese stuffed crust» and she thought I was saying cheese ONTOP of the crust. Then I said my topping was bacon and she said ham when reviewing, then I said no bacon. «It’s the same thing» she says. Then I politely asked if I could speak with someone else and she said nobody else was in the store. I hang up then cal back and the manager picks up… I finish my order and go to pick it up. When he brings my pizza to the counter, I then ask if I can speak with the district manager. He said that was undoable. «What can I do for u», «nothing I want to talk to ur DM». After THREETIMES of saying that back and forth, he throws my pizza across the counter and says«we’ll have a nice frickin day I’m not doing this.» Then I say«in my three years of being in customer service I have never…» The manager then interrupts me and says«I’ve been in customer service FIFTEEN years» and I go «we’ll congratulations, you’re working at Pizza Hut». I then convince him to call his district manager and I made an appointment to see him later in the week and discuss the managers behavior.

We ordered pizza online. The app said 30 minutes. 45 minutes later we were delivered luke warm pizza. But whatever it was relatively cheap and meant that i didnt have to cook dinner. Yay right? Wrong. 45 minutes after consuming said sausage pizza my husband is puking while i lay on the floor next to him in ball with stomach cramps. Next comes the back door lava dragon,(good thing we have two bathrooms) followed by more vomiting. Some where in between his turn and mine on the vomit go round, my husband called to rather calmly demand a refund. Pizza huts marvelous response after leaving him on hold for 15 minutes? Bring the left overs in and we’ll give you a refund then. Yes let us hold our puke down and our shit in long enough to get in our car, drive to your store, and return your poison laden 17 dollar pizza from hell. And all simply to get a refund for a lost awful evening? What are you going to send samples to the lab for testing? Perhaps you should. I suppose this is karma for our Saturday night laziness but honesty pizza hut come on. Terrible customer service on every level possible is one thing but when my dinner makes me feel like I’m dying the least you could do is offer a refund. But not even so much as an apology was offered from good old pizza hut. Where we will never be eating regardless of location again.

Terrible store location. 2nd time in a row that they have forgotten an item at delivery and the first time it happened I called the store and the guy wanted to argue with me that he made them… yes, you might have made them but the item was not delivered. 2nd time, I received my order and they forgot another item. Instead of taking my time enjoying the pizza Hut product I instead had to spend the last 30 min trying to get ahold of my store location. Everytime I called it went to customer service and everytime they would try and transfer me it would get disconnected. Instead of trying to transfer me, after I had repeated myself several times that I have been trying to call and resolve the issue, don’t keep transferring me! This store location needs to resolve their phone issues(would always go to a fax beep) and their employees need to learn that customers are priority and is what puts money in their pockets! Long time Pizza Hut fan and ex employee… very unsatisfied and the problem was still not resolved. F–

I recently had my worst experience ever with Pizza Hut. I have been a fan of Pizza Hut for over 40 years, and now I will probably never order there again. They delivered over 30 minutes late and did not deliver the correct crusted pizzas. When I called, the lady tried to tell me that the hand tossed I received was a Pan pizza. After 40 years of ordering from this company, I know a Pan pizza when I see one. And they said the extra 30 minutes time was out of their control as «my delivery was out of the way». I’m one block from the store. Come on, give me a break. They were«none of this is our problem and out of our control». REALLY. I have never had such an unsatisfactory out come before… and you have lost me as a customer for life.

EVERYTIME I have ever ordered from this place my food is always at least a half hour late and COLD and this time when I called to see where my order was I was told they were waiting for the driver to return and then it would go out, I also mentioned that«the last 3 times I’ve ordered my food has arrived cold and if it’s going to be cold I don’t want it» I was put on the phone with a manager and told him the same thing, I didn’t even get an apology he just repeated the same thing the employee stated and gave me the excuse that they only driver with base access wasn’t back yet. When I finally got my food this time it was COLDAGAIN and it looked like the pizza box had been dropped because the pizza slices were all separated and moved around the box. I got an odd feeling before I even opened the box because the driver was acting really nervous when he handed me the food. I tipped him anyway because it’s not his fault he works for people with TERRIBLE customer service. Needless to say I will NOT be ordering from there EVER again

In the past Pizza Hut has made mistakes, but also been willing to make it right so I have continued to do business with them. Tonight change that. I could not believe the response I received from the staff and even the store manager. After placing my order online I was called & told that the Bacon stuffed crust I ordered online was no longer available & I would need to pick something else. I asked my options, was put on hold for approximately 3 minutes & when the person came back I was told there were no other options for stuffed crust. I had understood that from the start so not sure why I was put on hold. He finally gave me some other options & I ended up paying the SAME price for a pizza minus the bacon. About 25 minutes later I received another phone call. This time I was told they were all out of Cherry Pepsi. I was not given an alternative, an apology, or anything even after I pointed out they were changing the order for the 2nd time. I finally told the new person to just remove the Pepsi from my order. Finally, I called back to speak with the manager. Never received an apology, just excuses even to the point of when I stated I won’t order again the manager said he couldn’t do anything about it. The reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is that when the driver showed up with my order he had gone to the store and purchased me a Cherry Pepsi because he felt bad. He was very kind and saved Pizza Hut from getting a 1 star review from me!

Usually, we don’t order pizza for take-out as there are so many fabulous frozen pizzas that are so much cheaper. However, since it was a special occasion, we decided to take a chance despite believing that Pizza Hut is always so greasy. Well, one pizza had so much sauce on it that none of the toppings would stay on it. The second pizza was so salty that none of us could even swallow a bite. All in all, both pizzas ended up in the trash with the money spent down with it. However, I’ll give the one star rating a chance as the staff was very nice and they actually spoke English.

Let me begin by stating the obvious: pizza is universally agreed upon as great drunk food. Two or three people may disagree, but the majority of the world will not argue one bit with the previous proclamation. To be fair, we should have planned better, but since we did not adequately anticipate the intense pizza craving that would follow hours of heavy drinking, Pizza Hut delivery was our saving grace. Or so we thought. After responsibly choosing not to drive, we ordered a stuffed crust pizza online. The estimated delivery time was one hour. One hour passed. No word. When the pizza was 15 minutes late, I called to check on the status. They were supposedly out of stuffed crust! I mean good God, Pizza Hut… how could you be OUT of STUFFEDCRUST? That’s basically the only thing you’re good for! They claimed to have called the contact number we listed online(which was subsequently verified as being correct), but were told by whomever answered that no pizza was needed. Listen, folks, we got no call. Trust me. We were attached to the phone, desperately waiting for a call that never came by the delivery guy who never delivered. We would have settled for regular crust… We. Would. Have. Settled. I don’t know if you’ve ever waited drunkenly on pizza before, but it feels like the most excruciating time in your life… And our sad tale ended with no pizza at all! Pizza Hut, you seriously let me down… and when I was in such a vulnerable state. Next time, I’m drunk dialing Papa Johns.
